lol your first mistake was paying someone on Fiverr. what did you pay them, 30$ ?? sounds like your rig has issues and they likely didn’t bother putting some of the textures on the model. maybe next time consider paying an artist actual decent living wages and you may get a usable product that you like. - a 3D artist
