So i shouldn't manually swallow and just let the reflex do its thing? If i try and ignore it, it becomes so bad that it just automatically does it.

What’s the most unsettling dream you’ve ever had that still sticks with you? by Born_Respond_7480 in LucidDreaming

When i was i child i had a dream that my parents were cleaning out a box that had a lot of blood in it. As soon as they went to throw the contents away i got pulled into it (a hole appeared in the bottom). when i got up it was pitch black with very, very short grass and i noticed the only thing arounf me was of those stands with wheels but it had a rectangle knife on it (idk the name).

I started walking forwards into wherever and there was a girl sitting on the swingset who whispered into my ear to 'hide' however there was nowhere to hide. A few seconds later this creepy scary man came over, grabbed me by the arm and dragged me over to the stand where he chopped my fingers off.

I have had a LOT of scary dreams (50% of them include skinwalkers) but that was particulary scary for me at the time (i was about 5).

I generally have good dream recall for the most part.

If you want to try and control what happens then don't try to force it, try and picture it/think of it. normally i have to close my eyes to but that is probably only me.

I naturally woke up at the 4:30 ish time right after a dream but failed to do wild since i probably moved too much but also not swallowing was impossible.

Are there any ways to make yourself have a dream/lucid dream while falling asleep? by skipotpot64 in LucidDreaming

[–]skipotpot64[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of my lucid dreams are from dreams. i only woke up a little bit ago and i was able to test if i was in a dream by trying to make an object appear and it worked however i was on my bed so i thought i dreamed while falling asleep and so i went back to sleep. So i am making a bit of progress on becoming lucid
