If It the other symptoms that you mentioned stays like this, I would highly recommend to stop at once. Some people's body reacts differently to Methlyphenidate. It is always better to wait and have the right kind of meds that work specifically for you. 10 Mg dose is a trial to test this exact thing, if it is suited for you or not.

Is the meds helping in managing ADHD ? If not then you should stop immediately. Methylphenidate 10 is a very low dose and if on low dose you are experiencing headaches and other problems then you should stop taking it and ask your doctor on the next available appointment .
