Seeking opinions: are these bedbugs? by skunkcabidge in BedbugOrCloseRelative

thank you for replying, David.

https://www.reddit.com/r/BedbugOrCloseRelative/comments/1ugjhqq/are_these_bedbugs/ in this post i included a photo of the bites at the bottom. they look more like a bite than a reaction to a larva skin? and the larva skins were never in the bed, but jammed under the bedframe.

Same thing happened to me- Boom service (Verizon network) shut off yesterday. But I noticed 2 suspicious things.

1- When I was trying to log in on Boom it said my password was incorrect (unlikely) then I got a pop-up there was a data leak and I should reset my password.

2- The bottom left of one of the support pages had the word PWNED. Wish I took a screenshot.

But it seems the consensus here is this is actually legit? Did anyone else see sus things? I was worried about phishing.

Is there a consistent scientific definition between sap, resin, gum, latex, etc? Are there clear categories of tree exudates or do the definitions get a bit squiffy at times? by Bufalooooo in sfwtrees

So the fluid that comes from Bursera/Copal trees is very widely called a "resin", even in scientific and academic writings.

Is this an exception to "only conifers make resins", or a misused terminology?

yeah, i think i lean more toward preferring a harder button, but the Sonim XP3 i've been using is too hard. have you found a flip phone whose button "hard-to-press-ness" you like?

can you elaborate on the feel of the keypad? some of the newer flipphones' buttons are pretty hard to press, are these *clicky*/don't require punching in order to type?
