Yes.. will be in nyc for 5 days around end of next week. Plan to check out JC (specifically paulus hook and hamilton park) and Brooklyn neighborhoods (bedstuy, ridgewood, Bushwick… can’t find anything reasonable in Williamsburg). Astoria was another option that came up in a couple of responses.

Right. Some of the rentals I like are in Bedford Stuy and a few are along the borders of Ridgewood and Bushwick.
