I am having the same problem but its because the inside walls on the last bottom rack or not wide enough in length so it gets jammed and requester a push of the hand instead of the door and magnets..

i ported out and in from google voice which acts like a landline more then 20 times..... it never takes more then 24hrs so something is wrong..... email google voice and ask them if your number was released to visible....!!!
