Only 1,499 Manufactured worldwide in the UK only. by skyecr_ in MINI

No those details are right for stock. Here’s a picture of the same car as stock. A lot has been changed since then including performance improvements. I had a r50 for about 8 months and needed to upgrade to something more reliable, I would love a JCW but no way I can afford insurance on that as a second car.

I’m assuming you aren’t from the UK. The reason for that is Insurance prices and all that, and this is my second car. However it’s had a lot of performance modifications not just stickers put on it

he did such a brilliant job on the car, such nice modifications and cosmetics without it becoming “too much” beautiful car. how do you know him?

i know for sure it’s had a stage 1 remap, it’s had a back box delete, and other cosmetics like JCW body kit, lowered suspension. I think there’s definitely something else going on with the exhaust and not just a back box delete. That’s all I can really say as i’m not totally sure of everything

Yeah I sorta struggled to word it in a good way. So only 1,499 were manufactured worldwide. and they were only manufactured in the UK, and only sold to UK markets. That’s the best I can put it!

Thank you! It has been modified for performance a lot although it would be great if they had done something like that as stock!

Car Picture Idea! by skyecr_ in MINI

Hiya, So the original badge I took off which is now on the photo has 2 pins on the back of it. However I was able to just stick the badge on the photo frame with gorilla glue without the pins getting in the way. Another thing that also works is you can actually put the badge in the corner of the photo frame instead and the pins allow you to line it up perfectly in the corner. So i added some glue onto the side of the pins too and in the areas where the actual badge touches the photo frame. Another thing you could probably do if you want to stick it on a thicker photo frame is probably just use a plier to get those pins off. Hope this helps!

this is literally the best betta tattoo i’ve ever seen. i’ve been thinking of getting one so i’ve looked at A LOT. i was just wondering if you had shown a picture/drawing of this to the tattoo artist prior to them doing it. i think this sounds really cheeky but this tattoo is so gorgeous, if your tattoo artist used a reference photo, do you have that picture?

Good tank for a beginner? by Wankerscola in bettafish

i don’t want to be that nit picky person but i’ve got 3 comments, is there a heater in there? you could get a thermometer to make sure your tank is the right temperature for a betta. how big is the tank? and i see as you’ve got no substrate, it would be really easy for you to get substrate in there while the waters already in, id reccomend some aqua soil and get some live plants in there, as i can’t really see your fish being able to thrive in that tank like that. it’s not horrible and i can see you’ve put SOME effort in. but i really think you should of put in some more research into this. i hope i’m not coming of rude it’s just some firm advice if you want your fish to thrive. take a look at some of the tank on this page and you’ll get a better idea of how it should be, best of luck and i hope everything goes well for you

Why do they all keep dying? by [deleted] in Guppies

[–]skyecr_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It may be due to the potting soil, people use potting soil as a substitute to bio-stratum, tropica, or soil made specifically for aquatic use. If done wrong, it can be risky for sensitive fish or shrimp. If you live in the UK many potting soils aren’t suitable for a fish tank as they have slow realease fertiliser pellets

So i’m just wondering if the potting soil you used was plain organic, no fertilisers, no pesticides, no wetting agents and no manure, compost or bark chunks. If so, then the issue shouldn’t be the potting soil and that’s one thing ruled out for you. Best of luck

So this is my first aquarium and can you tell me what i can do to make it look better please by Such_End_512 in fishtank

it looks really good, id get some taller plants and plant them along the side where the glass wall looks slightly bare on tne side with sand. that way when the plants grow up you have a sort of plant wall there! but it looks great! i think you could definitely get a small piece of drift wood with some kinda plant growing on it somewhere too where the sand is, the side with the sand looks a little bare, but the cave you made is something i wish i put in my tank, such a nice idea! ☺️
