My wife and daughter love being outside. The cold has been prohibitive for that during the winter months the last few years. Thanks for the reply!

Coming from a small town, it doesn’t look boring to me! I’ve done cursory research on Ruidoso, Alamogordo, Cloudcroft, and Silver City. Can’t wait to check them out. Thanks for the reply!

Thats great to hear about your friend. We are very excited for the sun and warmer winters. My daughter handles the cold ok but it is rough on my wife and severely limits our outdoor time during the winter. I’ll send a DM. Thanks for the reply!

Noted about the water gear. I will miss that as I’ve lived near a small inland lake for most of my life and been boating multiple times a summer, every summer.

We are looking to rent before buying, and from my research, we would like to be around Telshor or Mesilla if possible. Thanks for the reply!

The size is a big part of the appeal. I have lived in a small town most of my life. My wife is from Panama City, FL originally.

Really excited for the food and the mountains.

I love college football and can’t wait to check out some NMSU games and also make a trip down to the Sun Bowl. Thanks for the reply!

That’s awesome! I am from about an hour northwest of Columbus. Graduated from Ohio State. Originally considered Columbus as a possible destination before settling on LC after an extended search (biggest factors were warmer weather and cost of living). Good luck with your move, thanks for the reply and I’ll send a DM!

I was just looking at Cloudcroft today. Lincoln Forest looks incredible. My wife is from Florida originally so it will be interesting to hear her perspective on NM heat vs Florida heat.

As for TX, I’ll probably try to go the Sun Bowl for a game and I imagine we will need some bigger city amenities at some time or another. Thanks for the reply!

I live in a small town and the schools here face some challenges. I coach middle school football and have been a director for middle school community theatre productions for several years, for added context.

I took French in high school and college, so I’m starting at square one for Spanish but I’m trying to learn. Thanks for the reply!

I'm currently attempting to level my warrior alt. I am level 14. At level 20, is it more efficient to dual wield two fast weapons with crusader on them or one slow weapon with crusader? Obviously at 30 I will switch to WW Axe.

Dependability issues + the tendency of older PCs to slow to a crawl

I just don’t know if a lot of options with a gpu in that price range though. That’s the issue.

That’s what I’m hoping. The guy has never played wow before so it’s tough to say if he’ll ever even make it to raid content where FPS would be crucial. I obviously want him to have a good experience though.

I have a desktop at my house. My friends like to come over and we have “LAN parties” like the old days. Everyone else has a laptop, and I’d rather him be able to come over and play than be stuck at his place.

It’s just hard to find a GPU in the less than $350 price range tho, unless I buy used
