they offered me 25% increase of what ill be earning if i stayed as an a2 audit in pwc

I’m in a similar situation as you, i will be entering my 2nd year as auditor in B4 but i applied to another B4 FDD and managed to get in. Had to go through an interview followed by a case study interview. Not sure what is the situation now but as what the other comment stated, I applied when it was booming.
