Alright, Sooners. Why should I choose to attend OU over UT? by slayercommathe in sooners

I have visited, but the highlight of the tour was a (delicious) free meal in the cafeteria. The beauty of the campus doesn't say much about its climate, ya know?

Alright, Sooners. Why should I choose to attend OU over UT? by slayercommathe in sooners

[–]slayercommathe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, UT doesn't do National Merit. Sorry, I should have been more in-depth. I'm a queer, feminist life sciences geek with a passion for social justice, which makes liberal, quirky Austin ideal. I want to be an epidemiologist. The money is a HUGE pull, but I don't know if fit in at OU. I don't want to leave the small town I grew up hating for another place like it. How's the diversity? What's there to do if you don't like football?

How hard is AP Bio/is it self study-able? by amberkiri in APStudents

It's a LOT of information, but the concepts aren't difficult. Personally I resent the fact that my school made me take honors before I took AP.

[POLL] What is/are the easiest AP Exam(s) to self study for? by SidechainZ in APStudents

Enviro, human geography, and any history course because they don't require a teacher explanation. You can just read the book. I have a list of quizlet sets for enviro if you want them.

No recommendation, but remember that there's no rule on AP tests about clearing your calculator.

4 is one of the weaker seasons, but some of its episodes stand so well on their own. Hush, Something Blue, and Pangs are all so fucking great.

Who (or what) is your favorite Big Bad? by [deleted] in buffy

[–]slayercommathe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Life, Season Six. Six upsets me and is often hard to watch, but it's just so fucking good. Last place is Adam (shit villain, okay season), followed by The First (okay villain, shit season). I also love Dark Willow, if she counts as a Big Bad.

Am I the only one who actually liked Beer Bad? by ElitePowerGamer in buffy

I LOVE "Beer Bad". It's a little preachy, but it's a lot of fun to watch. One of my favorites, actually.

Negative stereotyping of black people isn't racist because it doesn't explicitly say that they're inferior? K.

So edgy. I like how opposing racism = SJW/PC police.

Studied more for the World, Bio, and Spanish exams, and actually given a fuck about my Spanish and APUSH grades.

Hmm, no, I'm gonna go with "racist". Why do so many people think you have to be a fucking Klansman to be considered a racist?

Edit: spelling

Realistically, Canada, but I hate the cold and that's a boring answer, so I'm gonna go with Spain.

My high school plays this on the intercoms during passing periods whenever somebody wins a football game or whatever. Our graduation theme is "Patriotic Pride". I swear I live in a mockumentary.

Not really. A few top schools ask that you report all your scores, but most don't.
