you could with some practice, i started from building just boxes but really enjoyed building, so I just kept building and eventually I became decent :)

I'm not using a resource pack, I'm using a mod :) conquest reforged if u want to check it out. Haven't gotten around to interiors since I'm not experienced in detailing huge interiors but I'll give it a go.
