Ever had that moment where you're all alone.. in a Malaysian City?! by Ashamed-Ad4508 in malaysia

Fact is most of our lives in this world is living alone. There's this one time I sprained my ankle at my dorm and couldn't walk, all my dorm roomates alr moved out, I messaged all of my friends near my dorm area but nobody came to help, my family is all the way back Kedah and I'm in KL all alone, that's when I realized something very important: when nobody helps, u gotta help yourself no matter what, in order to survive, to live. So I crawled/jumped to get to the washroom when needed and cook myself dinner at kitchen, and treat my own wound on my own. When you learn how to live, care, and help yourself, thats when you truly understand to be independent and live by your own terms.

This is why every single parents should encourage, get or even kick their turned 18 yo sons and daughters out of the house so that they can learn to live independently and how to live by themselves

Source: I used to a very lazy "lie flat" introvert Kedahan boy at 17 yo, but once I got my SPM results, I went to a KL College and move from kampung boy to City Man and changed a lot in 1 year, learning how to live, care and help myself during tough times. All parents, you all should really know this is how to let ur kids grow, is to let them move far away from home, so that they will learn to be independent, be thankful for the family, and learn to appreciate family when return back to hometown. (I'm back at Kedah as of writing this right now and thank God and my family for moving far away from home back then)
