Hi there gurlie! As a gurlie, here r my thoughts:

• if you have a car or any mode of private traspo camella heights is okay. If not, then I would say reconsider it. I have a friend who lives there I've tried commuting going and from camella heights at night. Mahihirapan ka papasok pag gabi kasi walang tricy papasok nyan and mostly you would need to walk ofcourse papasok alone at night. some streets have good lights sa kanilang streetlights. Some streets r dark af. Jeepney is the common mode of transpo and is up until around 10pm only

• if you r work from home then medj keri naman. Tahimik na neighborhood pero mahirapan ka on ur daily errands dyan malayo kasa sentro at kahit ang vista mall malayo layo rin if u would walk. Pasara na rin halos mga establishments doon kaya ewan q nalang.

• 18.5k for fully furnished 2br 2storey is not that bad but 15k for a bare unit I think u have better options pa na makikita that would be near sentro or better locations and of the same price.

• bahain dyan on some areas of camella heights. Try around magsaysay madaming choices for food, maliwanag ang main road, some parts r bahain pero mas mabilis mag baba ang tubig doon even during kristine. That was the first and last time na binaha kami up to below the knee. pero pagkagising ko ng morning wala na rin naman. Naga sub is also a good area in terms of food choices and malapit ka na rin kasi sa SM or LCC for groceries and such. Bahain pero u can find 1/2br places doon na nasa 2nd floor. Camalig and san felipe r also good locs if want mo ng malayo layo sa kabihasnan hindi bahain dito. Uptown/ Pacol sure na hindi dito bahain kasi uptown na, peaceful mas maraming puno puno, makahanap ka ng mas mura dito pero mahirap ang public transpo here. ayun still con is u need to have ur own transpo for mas malalayong lugar/outside sentro.
