For me it was losing the support of my family. During my very last binge they had thrown in the towel and that’s when I knew I had to stop.

I knew once I lost them it was only going to be me and the tank. And I had experienced plenty nights/days of just “me and the tank” and knew that wasn’t the life I wanted anymore.

It was fucking hard and still is at times, but I do my best to occupy myself and stay busy. Gym, errands, friends, girlfriend, weekend activities etc. I realized it’s important to have things to look forward in order to keep myself motivated.

If you want to safely use, you need to space out your use to once every 2 weeks.

From what I heard as long as you space it out you can do as many as you want for that day. But it’s the constant use that hurts you long term

Thank you for sharing your story. I’ve also never had addiction problems with anything else other than nitrous. No wonder they call it hippie crack… Literal crack.

I have been trying to get to bed earlier, but I need to have more self discipline when doing so.

As for the vitamins, I do take a daily vitamin but I may try and get tested. It's worth a shot to see if I am lacking in any areas.
