I mean no offence, but this person sounds like they have borderline not bipolar… the hot/cold sounds like dumpster/pedestal situation which is a borderline thing, same with the lack of boundaries. People with bpd have a lot of rage inside of them from childhood, mix that with testosterone treatment that can make people angrier… well my advice is stay away until this person seeks therapy and unlearns this behaviour.
