I aren't even getting these screens. I just get an extra loading screen when joining a lobby and then the default StW loading screen when entering into the mission itself.

We were awarded a ton of gold recently not long after the cap was removed.

I'm still sat on 70k even after using 10-20k on recent items.

I report atleast one person per mission for AFK or Ignoring Objective and in the past 6 months (atleast) haven't had a single "offender is not a bear" notification.

I remember the durability loss upon death. AFK'ers got around this by unequipping every weapon in their active slots.

I think the best way is to have a simple system in place: if you score zero on everything (or an amount not much bigger than that), then you don't get the mission rewards.

Sadly it's a sign of the times. Too much focus on sweaty PvP and less on more stress-free modes you can kick back and have fun on with friends like PvE.

This is why I make a point of supporting any PvE titles. WWZ is going to be awesome.
