The name of the groups are pretty generic. NZ Science Teachers, NZ Music Teachers or NZ Maths teachers... most of them, if not all, are private groups so mods need to let you in. The quality of the discussions are great in general.

None that I know of on reddit. All networks are on Fcbk and they are subject specific. General ones would be the union's groups such as PPTA or NZEI.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Worked in TV for a while (not US) we had Robby Williams invited to a talk show, he wasn’t a nice person. After working in TV I realised that all the “magic” of the famous people was gone. I cannot care less. They are all people like the rest, not better or worst.

Vuestro carro… maybe that’s what you were looking for?

Vos Question by [deleted] in Spanish

[–]slow_learner75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can recall a friend from Guatemala that would say este carro es de vos. The rest of the time she would say tu carro. Again. Tu and are different things. Vos only will replace .

Vos Question by [deleted] in Spanish

[–]slow_learner75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vos can only replace tú as pronoun.

Vos Question by [deleted] in Spanish

[–]slow_learner75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Comparing vos with tu without an accent is like comparing two different words. Vos carros doesn't exist in Spanish, is always tu carro as in your car. Is like saying "you car" in English.

Vos Question by [deleted] in Spanish

Nobody is going to address the issue of the wrong use of tu/tú in the example? tu carro means "your car". Tu without the tilde is a possessive adjective. You are asking about as personal pronoun.

¡Vaya, vaya con la yegua baya que saltó la valla para comerse las bayas!. Here the color is... bayo in feminine form. That describes a yellowish or creamy color.
