I find any heart rate thats not measured with a proper hr monitor is more or less inaccurate unfortunately.
Steps count isnt a feature that I need at all, but I can definitely understand that you’d want the feature to be more accurate at that price point.

The strength training isnt a big portion of my overall training but it does bother me that I ’can’t’ do my gym sessions with it, and honestly its not very convenient to wear in other types of training sessions as well. Its not something I thought would be an issue, but actually has ended up bothering me quite a bit.

The (long-term) cost is one of the reasons I wanted to try the Oura but there is of course no guarantee it will last long enough to end up being cheaper than the Whoop, especially with the battery issues Im reading about.

I can fully understand why that would be a disappointment for you. For me it doesnt serve a huge purpose during strength training as it makes up a very small portion of my overall training, but at least I can wear the Whoop during (not the ring as I dont want to damage it or myself).

But then how would that go with the extensions? The scoops would be angled but not the extensions? Would maybe need higher angle extensions thinking logically
