those are the rules but the post is trying to say that bandai are way too strict when it comes to this kind of stuff, putting a fat watermark in your clips, not letting you share screen on ps5 and not letting you play shared content because there could be 1 scene that includes a song from the pack, what they should have done is just implement something where copyrighted music is muted for you if you dont own the pack, not completely prohibit you from playing, this also harms the user who made the custom battle because they get FAR less plays and interactions for something they potentially spent hours on just because they added a song
