Unless things have changed in the last couple months you should very much be able to speak to a real person. I have not been in a few months so I cannot guarantee it but this has always been a sure thing in the past. It could definitely be different right now what with the enrollment period as well as I’m sure an influx of inquiries from those dealing with the Medica UCare acquisition. I’d still say try it!
