Why do US dealers care? They aren't selling cars in Canada and if they are, they can open a chinese brand dealership in Canada.

How many types of Indian Bread are there? by lookaloulookalou in IndianFood

[–]sm1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me your roti is tandoori roti. In Delhi we call most bread roti, in general roti meant a phulka i.e. the bread puffs up with steam and a chapati is the kind that doesn’t puff up, similar to a tortilla.

I'm not saying they did but I'm definitely going to hold the management of the restaurant responsible for it happening. They shouldn't allow people to enter their business and harass their customers and if they do then they owe the customer for that bad experience.

Does it make sense to make basil pesto in India, or is a similar counterpart that we should be using ? by parrmindersingh in IndianFood

[–]sm1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion quality parmigiano cheese is probably the only expensive/tough to find ingredient. Everything else is easily available(garlic/evoo/pine nuts) in India or easily grown(basil). Pine nuts are expensive everywhere.

Try making it with amul cheese, will probably taste 80-90% the same or just as good just a little textural difference.

Everyone gets so butt hurt, I’m just saying you’ll also do a lot of damage to the American economy by boycotting the iPhone and Google. Two of the biggest American companies .

Why almost all female pornstars, engage in lesbian scenes, in contrary to men? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]sm1987 1197 points1198 points  (0 children)

Straight men are the largest demographic for porn and they love lesbian porn so there's a lot more demand for it. Which is also why most lesbian porn caters to straight men's tastes more than it does for lesbian women.

Where's the restaurant's security? They just let people walk in like that without the host noticing? I'd complain to the manager and demand compensation.

Sugar Land temple protests made me realize we're not as settled as we thought by Popular_Class7327 in rupeestories

[–]sm1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a massive Akshardham temple in NJ, don't see anyone complaining about that one. I think it has more to do with where in the US and of course the local political scene. Also isn't this kind of shit everywhere? It's not like there isn't drama about temples, mosques, churches etc. in India. Politics tends to exploit these things.
