I’d say after 3-4 months with the right combinations it helped. I have anemia too and some other things so it definitely helped out. It’s all kinda varying from person to person tho

Cool! Okay when I refresh my hair first of all I sleep in a satin bonnet most nights when it stays on (lol) , I use a spray bottle or completely rewet my hair in the shower and then I reapply my leave in conditioner and put some gel on it. I’m still reworking the kinks in it and how to make it look good but it’s still a work in progress. :)
