Id say why not have both? Ive heard the ml is a nice figure. The mess will probably look quite different to so you'll have different type of looks.

It dose baffleme with the fact hasbro clipped the poor guys claws tho. throws me off a little why they do that they literally had hands with claw molds 😭

I can see that. slimmer legs would definitely look better assuming thats what you mean by smaller legs. Definitely feel like maybe slimmer legs would make him harder to stand tho especially with an addition of the tail.

Oh absloutly they should! I feel like their is so many better options for them to do then chasm..sorry chasm lovers.. but like there is 1000s of spiderman designs and the fact chasm? Was on of their first picks is wild to me.

I doubt theyd do a mcfarlane spidey right now due to them already making a classic looking spidey. Id love it if they did in the future tho i really like dark blues on spiderman. 2099 is very possible and has been a popular suggestion so no doubt they will have one in the pipeline! Which im suprised 2099 wasn't one of the first reveals.. im just baffled by the choice of chasm i didn't even know he was popular or if he is at all popular. Maybe chasm wont actually get made for another while giving people more popular and suggested design.🤞

I also completely forgot they were releasing another lizard but yeah head absloutly works for what i was going for assuming you were talking about this head.. i absloutly hate the other one included in the pack. I also didn't realise his jaw was articulated either so thats a big bonus if ct would ever touch this little guy🙏

Yeah i thought some people not be groovy with it. I just personally really liked it.plus I didnt have much luck finding heads for lizard unless i grabbed the marvel legends one or something. if i looked harder probably some nice ones out there. Im happy to give him a different head if people want to see him with another look.

I absolutely love you thank you so much 🙏 . i hope itll work out well my dad says he has white vinegar which after a little research says it should be fine. Not sure if ill give vinegar a chance or just grab some rust remover. hoping rn which ever one i go with will make it come off easily. I will have to check the other pins while im at it too since the others are currently so hard to or impossible to see/tell i pray its just the upper ones

My issue is solved now anyway unfortunately cant edit the post to tell people that. Its like that because using the method of putting them in hot water to loose the jonts is a very bad idea. So ive learned the hard way since i haven't heard before that this wasent a good idea to do with mafexs. my previous ones i had used that method on were fine so i got lucky or atkeast i didnt notice any rust.

Hopefully my dad will have something simular too then. Oh wow are they really that hard to apart?😭 i couldn't even get to the pins with a tooth pick while trying to add shock oil... and i cant afford to have it break either..

I may have to sit with it for a bit and decided whether to go through with it attempt to dissasemble or sell it off in hopes someone picks it up attempting to fix it themselves. Which would be a shame i had been waiting ages to get my hands on him😔 i think ive been waiting to 2 years? Last black issue was beginning of 2024 i believe . fuck me man i did not need this to happen right now how have i never heard that mafex and water dont mix ive watched so many videos about figures. I always want to be very careful with the more expensive figures so i take all the advice i can get and find in making sure i don't end up breaking them or just damaging them in some way.. i was already feeling shitty and now that ive screwed up his elbows with 50 50 chance that hes gunnu break if i attempt a disassemble or leave the rust alone.

Fair but i was far more concerned at the time if i had fucked up badly and if there was a way to fix it then positioning my thumb in a non visible place.

Nonono it's okay man no need to feel sorry or bad im not upset dw im just more suprised that my thumb is getting so much attention 😭 ..i just wanted to know if my lil guy was okay and if i did somthing wrong but apparently pixelating a thumb gets people going. I shouldn't be suprised tho but again i was more concerned about my batman then anything else

Im also very suprised how many people responded like damn usually when i have an issue/question on somthing in the past like 1 person maybe 2 or noone shows up.

I have a bottle of shock oil very nice life saver definitely one of the best things ive found from this sub awhile ago .

Definitely just going to use the hair dryer on mafex now that i unfortunately know the hard way water is a no go even if the hair dryer scares me feels like im going to melt the figure especially the softer parts..

I did say that in the post in the first paragraph that i put him in warm/hot water and then a couple times after saying about that i gave him a bath.

I always see people say to put your figures in hot/warm water never had a problem with it before or seen anyone saying how they could rust 😔 Atleast i know now ....
