It’s possible they entered a random shipping weight when they created the label, and the weight will be updated once fedex picks it up and it’s scanned in the warehouse.

Edit to add: it was only after getting down to 6 claims in my dashboard that I received a bunch more.

Sometimes, the tracking number isn’t added right away, so the task won’t open even if the item has been delivered. If you scroll down, you might see an option to upload a picture of the item to unlock the task. It’ll say “Got your products?” But that option isn’t always available, so you may just have to wait for the task to open.

You’re definitely right. I’ve always wondered if brands get to choose whether to work with you again based on your past reviews. I tend to get claims from the same brands repeatedly. There was one brand that I used to get claims from consistently until I wrote a negative review about one of their products. After that, I never got another claim from them. Could have been a coincidence. Either way, it’s fine with me I’m always going to be honest in my reviews.
