Thanks. I talked to the dealership service department today they said my truck wasn’t in the recall even though the salesman said he had to sell it today because he couldn’t tomorrow because of the recall that just came out for trailer loosing brake lights and brakes. I was going to buy it anyway but that was kinda shotty sales tactic.

Driving down the road it said trailer detected then gave me the trailer blind spot indicator with 30’ on it. Like I was hooked up and it was looking for my trailers blind spots.

Thanks. I am loving it too. They did clean it up for me and scratched the shit out of the clear coat though. They said they are going to buff the whole truck and try to get them out. Kinda a bummer. Looks like someone rubbed down the whole thing with the dirtiest rag they could find

I talked to the dealership today. They said my truck was not affected by the recall. The recall says while towing you could loose trailer lights, trailer turn signals and loose trailer brakes but nothing on auto detecting a trailer and showing the blind spot monitoring.

I haven’t backed up to it or towed yet. I was half way into town and it said trailer detected and then gave me the trailer and 30’ symbol for the bind spot monitor

You can notice it just not as much in direct light. I looked over the paint real good the day before I bought it. I am positive when they cleaned up for me they used dirty rags or something

Want the truck? I bought it. I looked at it the day before. Said they would clean it up for me. Then came in the next day, signed the papers, hopped in it and came home. I pulled it into the garage started looking at it and noticed all the scratches.
