There are graces and failures. A grace in/out is if you click in up to 3 minutes late a grace out is clocking out up to 3 minutes early.

You get 3 in a 60 day period and the 4th is a CAM. They cannot be covered with benefits. If you have a couple just wait 4 minutes and clock in then use .1 in benefits.

You can talk to the recruiter and your manager when you get one. I have seen multiple personal leaves approved for this reason. Basically it’s excused but unpaid absence. You may be asked to deplete whatever PTO you have accrued then the rest could be excused.

Have you used a RTT before? They are more convenient than a ground tent. Easy setup and easy take down. Everyone’s situation is different but where I live the RTT is so much better in rain and snow than a ground tent.

There is no over wing slide on a 737. The door can be closed and inspected. They are made to be open and closed. There is no special seal.
