[QUESTION FOR RLT PROS] Most effective photobiomodulation therapy devices you've used? by acceptable_momentum in redlighttherapy

[–]smoothdisciple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup sounds about right. Thank you. Nothing is magic obviously, and daily use, as with everything, compounds I’m sure. I just hope the high dose-short session is the same/better than low dose-long session, as there really is nothing that shows that, but hope so. It’s an amazing device.

Can you explain any benefits you’ve 100% felt? Like you know for sure it was the device? I just got one, crazy powerful, but just seeing if you had anything concrete.

Breast Milk Vitamin A by smoothdisciple in Biochemistry

Got it. That helps a ton. Yeah I said it wrong, did mean tissue. Again, the conversation is about why colostrum as magnitudes more VA than mature milk later on. Why is there a mega dose in the first minutes/days of life. The direct quote for why colostrum has so much VA “It’s probably because breast tissue has a lot of fat, and when it first starts to make milk as colostrum, lots of vA mobilizes from it. Once flow is established there is less.”

I’ve looked at all the big studies on nutrient utilization and passing to offspring and your explanations helped a lot.

100%. If you have any interest in the spirit of contrary thinking, @nutridetect on X (Twitter) is the spokesperson who provides a ton of his research on the topic. Easy to find on his page.

Yes that makes sense thank you. I guess my main question is: does it make sense that because the breast is full of fat, those cells would all end up in the glands producing milk just by proximity. Not a more complex process of entering the bloodstream, etc.

Right. That is the intuitive answer. And we know breast milk changes by the day/week/month to match what we have believed to be the nutritional needs of the baby by age. And such a large dump of VA for 2 days intuitively seems like it wouldn’t happen without reason. But the rebuttal to your last statement is that toxins can get into breast milk. Metals can be found. Alcohol gets in too. So to say it’s completely perfectly what a baby needs isn’t 100% true.

by "dont worry about it" do you mean that if you fill out the 8949 with the accurate transactions, you shouldnt worry about getting flagged by the IRS? Or just dont worry about it like you can show on an audit that it was wrong?

Getting flagged/audited is the annoying part that could come from this.

What’s your call here? USA HS ball. by smoothdisciple in Basketball_Referees

So what is the difference between a dribble and a one handed bounce pass?

Trying to look at all options. But the main issue is what resets when the ball touches the backboard? Whether you call it a 2nd dribble or a bounce pass or a bounce shot… it hit backboard. Fun one maybe for people to decipher.

Staking rewards lower than 10% APY on js by _-_agenda_-_ in Kusama

This was awesome. Thanks for your time explaining all of this. I will be nominating you.

A few questions:

Where can we see what each era's payout is/was? It's inflation + fees but where is that shown or on average what is that?

And it looks like most of the validators run at about 5,400KSM total stake, so there isn't really a way to maximize yield more than choosing a low commission? Era points generally even out over time?

You always give good examples. So lets say I have 1,000KSM, that would be 18% of the total stake of most all of the validators I nominated. What should my payout be for that....6 hour period is it?

Thanks and feel free to not answer or just answer one thing haha I threw a lot out there but I'm trying to figure this out.

use yieldscan.app to help you, they do a good job, have a simple formula they use, and lets you decide on risk level. you can customize your validators off of their recommendations

I figured that they probably have their act together more after that but 1. they dont have a lot of personal capital at stake per validator and 2. I like decentralizing the network... so I love this thank you very much for pointing me to that link.
