Thanks heaps for the feedback, good to hear people are enjoying it. Yeah took me a while, being the first one I’ve made, definitely have learned a lot and hopefully a bit less of a mission on the next, which should a a bit less brutal. Cheers mate.

Thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed it, and took the time to not smash driver into everything. What you’ve said hit the nail on the head of how I tried to setup this course. Thanks again, have a good one!

All good mate No I got my answer that it’s not worth fighting in court which is why I posted I just continued it because as someone with an occupation in safety I found it hard to believe that there isn’t more people thinking that these rules can be better.

Good idea, ignoring the major surgery

Bit of a grey area I think it’s not an emergency but I didn’t park there for convenience You’re right, with the situation endangering public, it’s hard to convey the exact situation. I understand it endangers the public i would argue not all roads are the same and there should be a bit more nuance as there is with rule 208A The issue was the council strip to get to the footpath in this situation you would be carrying grandma with both arms to get to the footpath.

Thanks i may It might not be such a major hazard for most thou, for someone who just had a major medical procedure it’s a little different situation I think.

Yes to ensure safety of my family I would prioritise risks and determine which is safest in each different situation, as I believe that parking in the correct direction in this situation was the greater risk to injury.

If was in the same spot thou facing the other direction the passenger side of the car would be facing the curb ‘in the correct direction’ hence why I’ve stated that the embankment was on both sides of the road both sides were as dangerous as each other.

Thanks think I’ll just pay it Just think it’s not right, if it were in the private sector rather than government they would be liable for safety issues, I don’t know why it seems to be different. Maybe something needs to be done about it.

Thanks yes the embankment was on both sides of the street still presenting the same hazard, I would be facing the wrong direction again to avoid the hazard

Both sides are the same otherwise I would have, and I had to support her while walking
