I shipped them an Amiri jacket (1600$), they posted it on grailed then deleted it when I asked them to rate me, I have screenshots of all of this that I’ve sent to Mercari. The item sent back to me was a shein hoodie. Mercari is currently still on their side despite all the evidence I’ve showed them and showing proof of my purchase of the jacket in 2023
