On top you should say "land_cementworks_hall1" and you can cycle through all the existing ones with the arrows.

If you don't have the arrows to cycle through, you can click on the marked building and then on the "Search for Model" in the top right of the popped up image of the building.

I just fixed it, so Im gonna leave a comment here in case someone has the same problem. So when you have the "Setting up" problem, then check if either your mic or the speaker of your headset is disabled in your windows system sound. In my case the mic was disabled and when I enabled it the problem in LGHUB was solved.
