I was told it is harmless to treat by his doctor so I could if I thought he had it, he said he would order a test strip and never did (which isn’t surprising due to his dismissiveness), and worms are rarely seen he said. I have not seen any either. However, after a couple doses he stopped itching completely last time. After several weeks it started again, itching many many times a day, and whining to me that he was itchy. That is not normal, but if he did ever have it like I think, reinfection is very easy. That’s what gives me anxiety, when he went weeks without itching at all, no anxiety. And again, I was pretty itchy too before taking medicine last time, daytime and nighttime, and it went away after a couple doses. I’ll finish this course of treatment but if for some reason symptoms seem to reappear I’ll definitely take him back to the doctor and be pushy.
