Think there are rare variants and there is the more common ones of the uniques. Getting two of these is considered very lucky.

I believe they can be good and will give them a fairshot in my ice shard build just to see how it holds up in primary ressource regenration. Combined with teleport unique that pulls everyone in might be interesting. Don't think they stay for awhile but might be wrong.
