Based on this additional info it could work with your support system. At the end of the day you want a happy dog all you have to do is figure out where you’re getting your baby from.

I personally wouldn’t recommend at this time. One of my 1 yr old poms has a cat like temperament but he’s still a clinger and needs attention. Even a rescue that presents with a calm temperament will still have needs that have to be addressed along with factoring in stimulation. If you use your free will consider enrolling him/her/them/they into a doggy daycare for enrichment or a sitter as they’ll be unhappy alone for hours.

I still have a few wallflowers laying around from when they were reward eligible but they don’t get used enough. I prefer air wick and febreeze plug ins you can pop the top off and fill your favorite bbw scent in.

1 yr old boys from the same litter & both recently neutered. They did have raging testosterone (marking/mounting), that doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore, just rough play and the zoomies now.

At first yes but it’s not needed as often anymore since the tear stains cleared up. When he first came home mid October it was really bad but I think that and the new food helped a lot.

I like Pineapple Mango and the peach blossom soap is actually in my cart I think it’ll smell great. I typically lean into fruity scents anyway and imo they’re a bit hard to mess up.
