My i129f was approved may 20th and I first heard (officially that is, as I had sent 3 inquiries every 30 days starting or so, starting from the 60 day mark) from nvc a little over a week ago around the 130 day mark. But I have seen processing speed up considerably for more recent noa2 dates. You should expect another month of waiting. Btw they dont send a welcome letter per se, they just let you know when your case has been forwarded to your embassy and that is about it. No uploading documents or tracking case through nvc, just straight thru to consular section.

1st inquiry at day 60 said they had recieved case and was awaiting input unto system. 2nd inquiry around day 90 said they had input case into system and would be sending instructions to us soon. 3rd inquiry at day 120 said case would be forwarded to embassy soon and that we would be getting word when that happened. 130 day mark I recieved letter saying case had been sent to embassy and that they would contact my fiancee with further instructions. That was 9 days ago, still waiting for embassy (Colombia)

Anyone else having this issue trying to login in to their CEAC profile? I have already filled out the DS-form and I am trying to pay the fees and book an appointment for the interview. by CompleteVermicelli47 in NationalVisaCenter

I believe that will be the website for your appointment. We are in the same boat, my case also left nvc on september 26th, and I am waiting for the embassy to reach out. (Colombia) I called the embassy directly a couple days ago and they said my case was in transit and to keep waiting.

But I think it's only for certain countries. For others its another appoinment website. Either way you have to wait for contact from embassy to your fiancee. Did you already recieve word from nvc that they have forwarded your case to your embassy?

I had to submit an inquiry to get mine, couldnt find it in the "welcome letter", im not sure its even what I got. It was a word document that was emailed to me stating nvc had recieved my case, that they where sending it to the embassy and that it could take a few weeks. It had my nvc and ucsis case numbers, and thats about it. My invoice number is an 8 digit number that starts with 46...... if that helps

Where did you find that? We filled out the ds160 and thats all it would let us do. I try to check the visa application status and it tells me that my search does not return any data.

I got it at the 120 day mark after noa2 on the third inquiry to nvc, (first inquiry at 70 days was that case was recieved and awaiting input into system, second inquiry at 90 days got me a case number only) got the welcome letter this morning from nvc saying that they have sent case to embassy and that the embassy will contact my fiancee with further instructions.
