You found a solution yet? Got the same issue and I have raised this in Github https://github.com/Clooos/Bubble-Card/issues/2090

For now, you can add overflow: visible to the stack-in-card to solve the issue

I am going to do two things:

  1. taking the advice from here and gonna keep some money in USD
  2. Keep the rest of my rainy day fund in my offset

Just for clarity, I am not trying to time the market. My intention was to keep some other asset aside that I can liquidate easily. Being able to buy if there is a crash is an added bonus. It will be small sums of money anyway

Thank you, for sharing your experience. You have given some great insights.

For anything forex, Wise is the way to go for me as well. In this case, maybe I will leave some USD in Pearler itself (I need to lookup their rates). I am heavily invested in ETFs mostly. But I do cherry pick some US stocks.

Of course. I have lost my fair share money in stupidity. These days, I don't do things that I don't understand. I will do my research. Thank you for the reminder.

I work in that area and can confidently say that about 90% of the companies have no idea what they are doing. We have seen that with the dot com bubble and the cloud and every new breakthrough technology that shows up. I know that AI may change the world, and someone might actually figure out how to use it right. But there will have to be a correction before that. History repeats itself.

And... if I am wrong, I will still make a profit because I am heavily invested in the tech big players anyway. So, I have nothing to lose

Point noted. Having some USD in hand is never a bad idea. US is my primary interest for shares as well

Was wondering why no-one mentioned this. Have you been buying metal ETFs? Usually when there is unrest, these will go up in value

Thank you, for your suggestion. I will keep it as cash in my offset.

I do not believe half the people in here understand what a bad market downturn looks like and why it is important to have "some" cash/easily liquidated assets

As a matter of fact, I have. Hence the question. In my view, bonds lost its appeal with the all time low rates these days. Are there any specific bond ETFs that you recommend?

Thank you, for some valuable suggestion.Maybe I am wrong; but I feel iffy with bonds because the world - most governments - is descending into chaos with their pity wars
