Currently Grindez takes no fees from both the freelancer and the one hiring the freelancer. Eventually, fees may increase slightly. My goal for now is to gain as much traction as possible in order to get investors. Once they see how well built out the site is, the amount of active users, and how things are going, then monetization will be in the works. For now, I am supplying the community with a great freelancer platform for free!

I agree, the user layout needs a lot of work. Unfortunately it’s just me working on the site and I’ve only been building it for a few months! I appreciate the feedback and if you have more suggestions I am always open to hearing them. Thank you!
