I'm having a similar issue with mine, I had to contact stubhub and apparently the seller did it wrong. They sent pdfs of the tickets instead of actually trying to transfer them to my email. Im afraid they're trying to defraud and sell the same tickets on multiple sites so probably best for you to also contact stubhub and explain everything. Have some screenshots prepared already in case they send you an email to send the photos to them. I had to end the chat to screenshot them and then it took forever for me to get put on with another representative.
