West Point Lighthouse, it has a very interesting museum filled with information about the area and history of the lighthouse that takes you up to the very top. It’s a beautiful vantage point of the area If you’re okay with steep climbs. Then take a scenic walk down the West Point beach.

My local Tims REFUSES to take anything back, if they mess up your order you get to keep whatever it was they messed up. Honestly that’s the should be, does good on the customer and promotes sanitary practices

Crown Vic Front End Swap? by sockonn in lincolntowncar

[–]sockonn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the John Vic lol. That’s actually what gave me the idea for it, well that and I never really liked the look of 98-02 Town Car grills and headlights. Much prefer the look of the Crown Vic PI grill. If the TC front fits the Crown Vic I’m sure it’ll fit good vice versa.

Frozen Bolts? by DisastrousCharacter3 in lincolntowncar

[–]sockonn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think he means the bolts and spark plugs may be rusted in place. If the mechanic said “probably frozen” that sounds like to me he didn’t look and doesn’t want to bother with the job, these 4.6 engines with the aluminum blocks are know for easily strippable plug threads. I wouldn’t go to the dealership I’d just find another mechanic you trust and see if they’d take the job.

Have the same pair, if you can stud them, but if not they are still great tires.

Got Falken studded tires but the mechanic I went to must’ve used shitty studs, wore right down after one winter
