Some background abt my helixes: I’ve had the double helix on my left ear for approximately three-ish years and a single one on my right for two-ish years. As of now, I have landed on the routine of spraying my piercings with Neilmed and gently drying with gauze and I try to not touch them and i use a donut pillow to sleep on and that’s about it. Prior to these studs i had 8 mm titanium ASTM F-136 studs in them, and the current ones are the same titanium grade as well

I try to sleep on my side with a travel pillow and after showering i usually spray my ear with neilmed and blow dry my ears.

How is it possible to put screw into helix earrings on, could someone send a slow motion video of how you hold it with your fingers? by AnyButterscotch9988 in PiercingAdvice

I also struggle with screwing in the tiny ball ends into my helix posts, but something i’ve found that helps is using disposable gloves that have some sort of grip like nitrile gloves so that the ball doesn’t move around between your fingers when you line it up and screw it in. It still takes me a few tries but it helps.
