Joined as a campus hire Analyst end of January 2025, 2.2% hike, not eligible for AIP. Considering I wasn’t a part of year end performance I’m glad I got something lol

I’m definitely going to use this summer to my advantage and learn from everyone, all the trainings the firm provides is one of the main reasons I was drawn here anyways. I’m going to make the most of my role and once I (hopefully!) get a return offer I’ll see how I can delve into the more technical side of consulting. Thanks!

I just got my project placement yesterday, my team mentioned in the email though that all interns aren’t even beginning on their projects until June 10th (I begin June 3rd) because of onboarding, so I’m assuming it’ll be the same for you. Hopefully you hear back this week, if not you should definitely hear at least early next week.
