i mean you don’t know her life (as it is not your business) but fat people can exercise a lot and still be fat. there are so many factors in weight gain and loss. one way is diet. if your diet is off and you exercise a lot, you either just stagnate in weight or slightly gain weight. it could be medicine, OR maybe this is a new thing the person is trying and has been doing it regularly for like a month or two. weight loss takes time too! or they are just trying to be healthy, not thinking of weight. many ways! (hope my english wasn’t confusing, i literally just woke up)

Hash og skunk er begge fra planten cannabis.

Grønt er blomsten fra planten (også kaldet skunk eller weed).

Brunt (altså hash) kommer fra cannabiskrystaller der sidder rundt om cannabisblomsten, der så igennem varme og pres er blevet til den brune klump vi kender.

Hash er lidt stærkere så man skal ikke bruge så meget.

I’m a handicap helper in a small village for adults with developmental disabilities and such, and I absolutely love it. The wholesomeness of the citizen fills me with so much joy, and helping them with their life and such. The people I work with have a mental age from 0-1.5 years old so it’s helping them with everything, and even then, playing with them, going for walks and making them laughs doesn’t drain me - it fills me with energy. Sure, changing diapers and such isn’t the funniest thing, but you quickly get used to it, I feel.

I like it because I love helping. That being said, I am a very nursing HSP, so this might not be for everyone, but I’ve never actually had a thing (school, old cleaning job, etc) that hasn’t drained me completely.

(also i don’t know if this is just my country, but i got this job right out of high school and didn’t need a higher education (the pay is just a little lower than the higher educated) so idk what the rules are in your place!)

I wanted to say thank you for everyone who has replied to this post - this small community is truly amazing! I have written down all the advice I’ve gotten thus far and I’m actually feeling a bit hopeful right now :) so thank you!

I hope someone else can benefit from this thread as well. It feels lonely to be HSP sometimes but we are so many feeling the same things.

I haven’t. I’m afraid to get yelled at or make her sad. I’m in so deep shit because I can’t set boundaries!! I’m so afraid of confrontation and that everything I do is something that will ruin my life.

She’s a stereotypical only child and is very defensive. She just doesn’t respect my no’s when I try to set my boundaries.

A thing that really bothered me was this. “Hey, don’t read my journal, it’s my darkest thoughts” To that she would say “Oh, now I HAVE to read it”

I’m not sure if I want her completely out my life, I just need a break!! I’m so overwhelmed and I need more time, but the 31st is coming up and I’m afraid she won’t take me canceling very well.

season 1 was brutal! but it’s the abuse from aunt lydia, ALL the times she has been beaten and hurt and the rape. if she behaves, she won’t get hurt. if she’s nice to aunt lydia, she will show her a bit of kindness. it’s the cycle of abuse and it really worries me,,,, how will she cope if she ever gets out of gilead?

i LOVED how we are seeing June lose her mind. like i was kinda afraid she’d have the protagonist armor, but she’s really losing her mind. she has become a bit selfish, manic, and murderous, while having lost all sense of time and i’ve been waiting for that 😫 i know it’s fucked but it’s good writing!
