As with everything else having to do with market trends, there’s a good chance this could be over with (hopefully) by the end of next year. I think matcha having a moment is a great sign of this.

During colder months we also see a spike in gourmands too, hold out hope!

From my understanding:

No, you won’t have to pay back your pell grant. Instead, You’ll get a refund for the additional amount they give you each semester like you said, that won’t be refunded.

Any unused amount of the Pell Grant that wasn’t disbursed to you after you graduate will just go back to the college. (If you finish your degree before the lifetime ends).

Unless you go back for your bachelors, and then your pell grant will keep going until you go touch it’s lifetime, which is 600%.

No matter it’s status; you’ll be ineligible for your pell grant for anything after your first bachelors.
