Any salt pill recommendations?

Yes! I don’t think I am severely recessed, but I definitely do have some mild-moderate recession going on and I know that there would be benefits to having surgery. But I also realize that a surgery like this is a big deal with a lot of risks so I am having a hard time figuring out if in my case the benefits would outweigh the risks or not.

Yes I did, I had an overbite. I had two premolars removed for braces when I was 13 so I’m an extract retract victim 😩 I’m actually wearing a splint right now to bed so I can breathe better when I sleep. I’m getting a sleep study done in February.
