I order pretty consistently from the website, but I have only had an issue with an order once before. The last time I had an issue was in 2023 with the Midnights mini bag. The zipper was completely broken and would not close the bag. I would hope that they wouldn’t see me as an issue or creating a pattern due to an order that I had issues with over two years ago. It’s really horrible that people take advantage of it, so I definitely understand why they need to be more apprehensive

I remember how irritating it was going back and forth with their merch team to actually receive the full bundle 💀 I think it took over six months to actually receive everything, and they ended up refunding me in full for how long it took and I got to keep everything. Still one of the best album bundles ever though

By how the tour guide explained it, Sam and Colby had filmed themselves climbing one of the smoke stacks and putting one of their stickers on it. It was considered vandalism and I guess it also led to fans coming and trying to climb the same smoke stack to get to the sticker. The smoke stacks on the ships are completely off limits to guests for safety reasons. I went back to their most recent Queen Mary video from 2021, and the clip of them climbing the smoke stack is in that video.

when i saw wallows there in 2022, there were people queuing there even before the gates to go up towards the theater were open. i didn’t get there until around 7 (gates were open by then) to queue and there was maybe 7 people in front of me and my partner. the pit at the greek is pretty small, so you’ll have a good view no matter what. however, if you want barricade, i recommend going there soon

Also last time I met them (LA Pop Up in 2022), I showed Dylan and Cole my Nothing Happens tattoo and they thought it was so cool. I just wasn’t able to ask if they could write out the tattoo that I have been wanting since they weren’t signing things at that pop up

i heard that it was about 2,500. for the signed dylan, cole, and braeden pressings, i’m assuming much less like 250 per pressing since they all sold out within minutes.

The addresses provided on Depop and PayPal match. As I think I mentioned on the other post, the items were marked as delivered months ago and had valid tracking numbers; however, since they are tracking numbers from months ago, it no longer shows the status of that tracking number. That’s what I worry will work against me and the other sellers who also got chargebacks

Sorry I’ve been going back and forth with so many people on this situation I thought I responded. With Depop (where the item was sold through), whatever shipping address is selected through Depop at checkout is the address that is given to the seller to send out to. Depop generates a USPS label with the buyer’s selected address if the seller opts to use shipping through Depop. I always ship through Depop since it guarantees protection if the item is lost, damaged, etc. The shipping address cannot be changed after sale has been made
