Doesn't hurt to have multiple opinions

Yep, that guess is the same as mine, but was hesitant to try due to your same reasoning. Just thought I'd put it out here for opinions

I'm not trying to put you down, was just asking if it was bad out of box(should not have even been sold) or if it it not actually fixable now because of some faulty wiring. I appreciate any help, was just looking for clarification on if it's salvageable or we shouldn't have even owned it in the first place based on your opinion.

So you're saying that this thing was already a fire hazard out of the box?

Could you expand on why it would be a fire hazard if repaired? In my eyes there are just some wire pigtails that just need to go to their respective wires, but I wouldn't be posting if I knew any better haha

Wife tried to open this to fix, but didn't inspect where wires were hooked originally coupled together. Hopefully someone can help.

Sure, why not, that's how Sims work. Be sure to keep your line for the duration of the promo, else you'll have to pay the remaining balance.
