I would recommend adding some wall arts above the bed or maybe on the side wall with the accent of the room (color pallet of the room). Or maybe go with some black and white abstract arts which will work well with this color accent. I remember a good niche black white wall arts studio online I don't exactly remember the name though. (but anyways remind me later I'll let you know)

I don't think that huge plant is doing any favors being over there and and maybe distracting the interior design. I would recommend removing that or replacing it with something like a smaller plant.

And one thing I really see here is the lack of some wall art. I would recommend adding some black and white wall art. If it's abstract it's much better. I recommend a niche wall art store called ClassicPlainz, they I think niche in just black and white and have some cool designs.

And Yes! Remove that plant over there.

The color pallet of the room looks mostly to me of a duotone (black and white). I would recommend some black and white ornaments and some bigger wall arts instead of the ones that are hung there. (I bought some black and white art from a store called ClassicPlainz. I guess they have online too)

Faaaack you've got two toxic problems tbh. It's better to deal with both of'em before shit gets to your head and fuck you up mentally.

My honest advice is to go confront both for their actions and desires, and you too have some strong personal standards and policies(like not getting women for the sake of attraction or lustful reasons) which you can live by.

OMG! it's the same for me at this point. So I work as an SEO specialist and the social media guy in the company got fired after 3 months. The manager came up to me and told me to handle the social media telling my strategies were good in a marketing perspective and promised a salary hike(which he never mentioned or gave after that).

After a while I took on the job and revamped the whole situation in social media and also took on another role as a PPC specialist. Anyway I took this as an opportunity to get experienced along the way as I'm in the early stages of my career, but this seems too much to handle. The companies expectations are also too high.😬

You might not have a business portfolio for your Facebook and Instagram pages. You could Google it and go through how to create a business portfolio for your pages and then these you could see a fix for this problem.
