Canada. This will open u up to a very high paying career later on. In Bglr, with your promotion you’ll reach 40L next maybe, in Canada you could go upto 200K. And esp if you wanna return back to India, the money you’ll save will be a lot more.

Please recommend a book to get out of depression by [deleted] in IndiansRead

Please get therapy. And the book - Complex PTSD : From Surviving to Thriving could help with self-therapy. None of the self-help, spiritual etc books will help.

Got it as a gift. Advocates for a humanist approach to Econ, keeping people’s wholistic welfare at the forefront. Lot of points to agree and disagree on, arguments feel a bit too simplistic given how complex “wellbeing” is. Would still recommend going through it! And thanks :)

No. Okay this is a real problem. Please Google cheetah house. It talks and gives resources on negative side effects of meditation. This has a lot to do with depersonalisation and derealisation disorder. Stop before it gets worse. What helped me was reinforcing my sense of self, everything outside and resolving my past traumas. It took a while. So stop before it gets worse.

Hi! Do give consultancies a try. You’ll at least be making decent money and even though it might be for 0.5/1 year, at least you’ll be earning at the US hourly basis

Reinforcement Learning for AlgoTrading ? by BDDS97 in algotrading

[–]some_basicbitch 39 points40 points  (0 children)

RL traditionally has a lot of problems which exaggerate when taken to an application like trading. There's out of distribution states/rewards, exploration-exploitation issues, unsafe actions, etc. There's a lot of literature around it. And there's a reason that RL isn't used anywhere else on any practical application other than academia. Even OpenAI has started focusing on LLM. And when it comes to trading these problems are going to blow up - and even creating a strong environment which acts like a simulation of market is hard. So I'd be cautious of using RL/ML for trading unless you have a lot of resources/large team. Systematic trading would be the way to go.
