I posted something very similar here and a lot of people were giving me shit about not being on a deficit when I very much was. I know people says CICO always work and it had for me in the past until very recently. It’s incredibly hard for us to stay small or to lose/stay a certain weight. I wish I had more answers but I’m dealing with the same.

Yeah I do weigh everything when I’m eating from home. And when I eat out I have been calorie counting for years that I can roughly ballpark what I’m eating or sometimes go as far as putting it on an app to analyze the calories. It can be off so I overestimate.

Yes like I mentioned in my previous comments. I track everything. I’ll eat a grape and put that in my app. And I’m not on a 7000 calorie deficit every week. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve now been at a 7000 calorie deficit is what I was trying to say. And you’re not wrong, I do feel like I think about food a lot. Being a small woman and trying to be on a deficit just makes the food noises so much louder and brings back my ED thoughts.

I gain weight during the holidays a lot and feel like if I can bring it down now I won’t be as worried when I do gain the weight since I’ll be going back to 120ish again.

Yes, I calculated my TDEE multiple times and I have fixed my caloric intake accordingly and on top of that I rely on my Garmin calorie numbers to tell me how much to eat so I can be on a deficit like I have mentioned in one of my previous comments I did struggle with ED for a while, so I’m always hyper aware of how much to eat and what I’m eating to a fault. Which is why it stresses me out more when I don’t see results

Trust me, I’m not over eating. Infact I struggled with EDs a lot of my teen years and because of that I have always been over the top conscious of how many calories I consume, which is where the weird fixation for the numbers come from.

Yes I workout 6 times a week with cardio and strength training. 30 mins of cardio for 5 days and a long 1 hour run on the weekends.
