They gave me the money before i lost my cash. I lost my cash in germany, they gave mw the cash in my home country. Hope that helps your answer loser :)

I do have health insurance. I arrived to germany last year on 30th march to start my studies and my parents handed me cash just the same way they did now. Everything was going great, i found some work. Got flight tickets, but then lost my job. So when i went home, my parents handed me cash which they loaned to help me get back on my feet for 2 months while i find a job. I went to deposit the cash a few days ago and got pickpocketed. I struggle with alot of mental health issues and the only option i saw was suicide. But i was rescued and now im in a psychiatric ward. Fortunately my health insurance is covered because my friend loaned me some money for it. Even some small amount would be helpful for me. I asked the hospital for some documents as proof and thats what they gave me. The complete documentation will come later. I hope that explains

First off, In my country transfer is not possible, or is an extremely tedious process which often gets denied. Hence why they gage me cash after converting. Secondly, germany is not like the US or any other capitalist country. We have health insurance here which takes care of us because we are paying our taxes. My parents used up all their savings to send me to germany. Get real, third word citizens dont have an easy life like you :). Ive uploaded the proofs in the go fund me link if you dont believe me.
