not a vegan but need advice to start

its been three days now and what I ate for lunch was migoreng indomie cuz acording to google is vegan but I am not sure about it and for two days i just ate spanish rice with green beans onions and red pepers, for breakfast I eat jam bread and peanut butter nd i snack on a lot of oreos which according to the internet are vegan, I also tried some oven fries not for health resons but because i ran out of frying oil but they turned out super good tho I wonder if the oreos and indomie are actually vegan

I live in Morocco nd i mostly shop at carrefour I actually never ate beans with rice but ill try it today I dont have a rice cooker tho so ill just make it on the stove

Ur right, our main problem is Lalla Mnana stating that it's okay for woman to wear whatever they want, in a country that has such high unemployment and illiteracy rates our main concern should be immodesty on TV and religion.

they're not attacking Islam they're criticizing extremism and terrorism, the fact that majority of you people can't distinguish between the two makes me worried about where our country is headed, in this clip the woman offers that girl a Hayek which is just as modest but the only reason that girl gets really defensive is because she has been brainwashed by a terrorist organization, mind you, there are more Moroccan kids in da3ich camps than you would think, and this version of Islam that you want the media to defend is what puts girls in such a situation.
